Established in 1993, we are a consulting group that serves as a change agent, working on behalf of people with disabilities by working alongside a variety of experts, partners, agencies and organizations. Lead consultant Sherry Beamer has over 20 years of experience working with people with disabilities, helping them to live and work independently. Sherry holds a Masters degree in Social Work Administration and has held leadership positions within many service agencies.
